It’s a tough housing market out there right now. Understood.

And for a realtor, there must be a certain excitement felt when making a sale. Understood.

But I think adding this tag to the bottom of your sale sign borders on distasteful. (Please don’t mind the blurriness. I’m a very fast walker.)

I’ve changed my mind. There’s no “bordering-on.” This IS tacky.

Maybe I should create my own placard to hang off the bottom of that one that says “too gloatingly obnoxious.”
