Just so you know, gym employee …

It’s kind of counterproductive to show the password to the wireless network in all uppercase, just to put next to it that you need to type it in in all lowercase. Why not just show the password in lowercase to begin with?
If nothing else, at least make the “(LOWERCASE)” bigger seeing that it’s actually an important little bit of information that you’ll need should you try to gain access.
And what’s with ending the first sentence with a question mark AND an exclamation point? It seems a little dramatic. I’ve been at this gym for nearly a year now and have never once seen someone frantically searching for how to gain internet access. And if someone were to be that frantic, they’re for sure going to miss the tiny mention that the assumed uppercase is in fact not the way to go.
Seriously. What?!
