Looking for a quick smoothie for after a workout or for breakfast? I threw a few things together this weekend and ended up loving the flavor! Nothing exciting or surprising, but thought I’d share since it was so simple and something I’ll be making again.
- Handful of Kale (filled 1/3 of the blender)
- 5-6 strawberries
- 1 apple (I chose honeycrisp)
- 1/4 cup Light & Fit Dannon vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- Splash of lemon juice
