I may only bake one (or maybe twice) a year, but I end up with overripe bananas about once a week. A quick Google search later for a recipe, and I was making banana bread.

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla (I used almond extract)
- Preheat oven to 350º
- Mix butter and sugar
- Add eggs and bananas
- Premix flour, soda and salt and add to mixture.
- Add vanilla or almond extract.
- Once mixed, add to a greased bread pan
- Bake for 55 minutes.
- EAT IT!
