I’ve recently fallen in love with Campari and have been testing out some different cocktails as we build up our bar cart. While we’ve had some really great drinks we’ve tried, the classic that I keep coming back to is the Negroni!
It’s simple. It’s quick to make. And only takes 3 ingredients: Equal parts of Campari, gin and sweet vermouth.
- 1 oz. London dry gin
- 1 oz. Campari
- 1 oz. vermouth rosso
We pulled our recipe from the back of the Campari bottle when we first tried it, but you can find some others on Esquire, NYTimes and of course on Campari’s site (which also has some other recipes worth trying!). But again, do the equal parts of each ingredient and you’ll be fine!
